| The Firm “ESSEN” established in 1997 as ESSEN ENTERPRISES by two Technocrats with hands on work experience in the Electronics Industry at various capacities in various domains. With the encouragement, support and enthusiasm from all corners, ESSEN ENTERPRISES was gradually diverted into Defence Embedded Electronic Systems primarily concentrating on systems Design, Development, and Indigenization of age-old Foreign Systems in Indian Navy and shifted towards Indian defence organizations by developing Core design skills and got registered with various DRDOs, DPSUs.
The Firm ESSEN ENTERPRISES was ultimately changed into PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY under the Indian Companies’ Act, 1956 as “ESSEN ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED” during the year 2003. The operations of the company were further expanded in the year 2005 by introducing Turnkey solutions for Design / Development / Manufacturing support for Electronic and Electro-Mechanical systems. Thus, Research & Development had become an instrumental for success.
ESSEN has also introduced AMC / RRC of OEM equipment, onboard STW / HATs / SATs activities from 2009 onwards. Today we are proud to be known for our design expertise, quality and manufacturing capabilities in the defence Sector.
Recently the Company has obtained DEFENCE INDUSTRIAL LICENSE (DIL No. 19/2013) from Ministry of Defence for manufacturing of Navigation & Guidance Systems.
